Who I am...
I have been playing the flute since I was 9 years old and my home is in Houston, Texas. In 2010, I graduated with my M.M. in Flute Performance from Ithaca College. In 2008, I graduated with my B.A. in Music from Denison University. My mentors include: Melissa Suhr (Assistant Professor, University of Houston), Dr. Leslie Maaser (Professor of Flute, Denison University), Dr. Wendy Mehne (Professor of Flute, Ithaca College), and David Whiteside (Principal Flutist, National Philharmonic Orchestra).
I am a freelance musician and enjoy playing in churches, coffee shops, and weddings. I have performed in Italy and Spain and performed in master classes with flute mentors such as: Leone Buyse (Rice University) and Ervin Monroe (Principal, Detroit Symphony).
